Description
The presented DVR is a good choice when building a combined video surveillance system of any scale and complexity that meets the highest requirements of professional video surveillance systems and allows the creation of video surveillance systems of any scale and complexity.
The center of video information processing is a powerful multimedia processor. The software part of the device is implemented on the Linux operating system. A wide range of protocols is supported: TCP / IP, UDP, SMTP, FTP and others. The recording is performed on the internal hard disk, the maximum hard drive capacity is 2TB. The recorder has an intuitive interface with multi-tasking support. In particular, this model can simultaneously work in five modes (pentaplex): display of video data, recording information, playback of the archive, viewing information from the surveillance cameras through the network, and viewing the archive of data from a remote computer. For the rational use of space on the hard disk in the 4-channel DVR, there are several recording modes:
• continuous recording;
• Schedule recording;
• recording when a certain event is recorded (for example, when motion is detected in the camera’s field of view or when a signal from a security sensor is received).
Network DVR supports the most common in the software complex video analytics, such as security perimeter, object control, video control.
The perimeter security can be used to isolate an area that is prohibited from entering, and in case of an alarm, signal it.
Object monitoring protects objects from moving. The camera captures the location of the object and, if moved, triggers an alert scenario.
Due to the control of the video signal, the surveillance system engineer can obtain timely information on interference, camera shutdown, loss of brightness, etc.
